What Data We Collect
When you submit a service request through a business using our system, we may process the following information:
- Name: Your first and last name as provided to the business
- Phone Number: Your mobile phone number for SMS communication
- Email Address: If provided on the lead form (optional)
- Service Request Details: Information about the service you requested, such as the type of service, location, timing, and any specific details you provided
- Communication Records: Records of SMS messages sent and received related to your service request
- Opt-out and Consent Records: Timestamps and records of opt-in consent and opt-out requests, retained for compliance purposes
If you are a business client completing our onboarding form, we also collect your business name, address, business phone number (verified via SMS one-time code through Telnyx Verify), and payment information processed by Stripe.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to deliver the requested services:
- To send you an automated SMS response confirming your service request (initial transactional message)
- To send follow-up messages if you provided prior express written consent on the business's lead form (marketing follow-up sequence)
- To facilitate communication between you and the business you contacted
- To improve our service delivery and system reliability
Our system sends two types of messages: (1) an initial transactional response to your inquiry, and (2) follow-up marketing messages if you opted in. You may opt out of all messages at any time by replying STOP.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data is only used to provide the automated response service you or the business you contacted requested.
Third-Party Service Providers
To deliver our services, we work with the following third-party providers:
- Telnyx — SMS delivery, voice routing, and phone number verification (Telnyx Verify API)
- Render — cloud application hosting
- Supabase / PostgreSQL — database hosting
- Cloudflare — edge processing, CDN, lead intake, and security
- Stripe — payment processing
- Dropbox Sign (HelloSign) — electronic contract signatures
- Resend — transactional email delivery
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes of providing services to us. Subprocessors may change if functionality is equivalent or better; material changes will be reflected in updates to this policy.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain lead data (name, phone, email, message content, and SMS records) for the duration of the service relationship and up to 30 days after a verified written deletion request, subject to legal retention requirements.
Consent log retention: Opt-in consent records — including IP address, timestamp, consent disclosure text presented, and associated phone number — are retained for a minimum of four (4) years from the date of collection. This corresponds to the statute of limitations for claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227. Consent logs are not subject to deletion requests during this retention period.
