Sales Representative (Commission Only)
ResponsePro is a done-for-you SMS lead-response service for local service contractors. We handle the technology, compliance, onboarding, and support. You find the contractors, explain the value, and close. That is it.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You set your own schedule. You work however you want. There is no quota, no manager, no territory restriction. You are not an employee.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- English-speaking
- Able to clearly explain a product's value to a business owner

Commission structure
You earn 20% of the client's monthly subscription fee for their first three months on the platform.

Commission is calculated on the monthly subscription fee only. The one-time setup fee and any other charges are excluded.
90-day retention requirement
All three monthly payments release only after the client has been active for 90 consecutive days. If a client cancels before completing 90 days, the commission is forfeited. This is a contractual condition, not a wage — it is spelled out in full in the Sales Representative Agreement you sign before accessing the partner dashboard.
We are straightforward about this because we want people who are going to close clients who actually stay. If you are pitching the right businesses, the 90-day requirement is not a problem.
How it works
- You reach out to us and we have a brief conversation
- You sign the Sales Representative Agreement
- You get access to your partner dashboard to log and track prospects
- You find contractors, explain the service, and log them in the dashboard before they sign
- When they sign and their first payment clears, your commission clock starts
- After day 90, commissions for months 1, 2, and 3 release on the schedule in the agreement
